The Sounds of Silence Dinner is an unforgettable dining experience. We arrive at this open-air restaurant here in the middle of nowhere. A didgeridoo fills the air with sounds from Australia’s Outback. Then out of nowhere, a glass of champagne arrives and waiters bring trays of canapés. We walk around a hill and find tables decked out with white linens, fine china, crystal wine glasses, and candles. Wow! What a setting here we have here in this desolate desert landscape. Another first provided by Fantasy.Ayers Rock is the backdrop for this wonderful evening. This is my long awaited glimpse of this famous rock. Does it disappoint me? I am absolutely enchanted by its stark red beauty. The setting suns created a rich red-orange color as it drops below the horizon. The candles are lit and we begin a great

The sky here in the southern hemisphere is full of thousands of twinkling lights. An astronomer begins to give us a tour of the night sky. The constellations here are new to us from the northern hemisphere and I enjoy being under a thousand lights. I cannot remember all I learned except this lesson; Fantasy knows how to titillate my sense and makes this a life-enriching experience of a lifetime.
