Enroute to Westport we made a stop to see this amazing rock formation on the Tasman Sea. There’s a very nice 30 minute walk on a paved path that tells you about the flora, fauna and rock formations. These ‘pancakes’ were formed out of sandstone that has been worn away by rain, wind and the sea over eons. There’s a cafe onsite that offers pancake stacks for breakfast, fancy that!  Just outside of Westport we stopped at the seal colony where we saw the fat, lazy seals laid out on the rocks. All of the walks today made us hungry so several of us walked to a fish and chips shop close to the park.
